Young Professionals of America was established in 2006 as an outgrowth of the hugely successful Young Professionals of Portland social networking club, YPOP. The goal of the club is to provide a place for young professionals to connect, network, and socialize. |

Each club of the YPOA has a monthly meeting in a local hotspot for social networking. These are not structured events and everyone is invited. Since there is no fee to be a member of a club, all one has to do is come to a monthly gathering and have a good time. The monthly meetings are not seminars, they are not pitches, they are not boring lead exchanges. This is open, friendly, straight forward networking with young professionals that are passionate about what they do. |

Le Mars HYPER (Helping Young Professionals Energize the Region) was created to connect a generation of area individuals who are building lives and careers in Northwest Iowa. As is the goal of Young Professionals of America, HYPER provides a place for young professionals to connect, network, and socialize as well as provide a forum to contribute to issues and projects that impact the communities in which we live.
